Quali dati trattiamo
- Dati di navigazione. Il server che ospita il sito registra automaticamente dati tecnici (indirizzo IP, data e ora, pagina richiesta, browser) per garantirne il funzionamento e la sicurezza.
- Dati della richiesta di disponibilità. Il modulo “Prenota” non invia dati al nostro server: compone un messaggio con date, numero di ospiti, camera, nome ed eventuale email e richieste, e apre WhatsApp. I dati ci arrivano solo se decidete di inviare quel messaggio.
- Dati che ci comunicate scrivendoci su WhatsApp, per telefono o per email.
- Dati del soggiorno. Al momento del check-in raccogliamo i dati richiesti dalla legge (documento d'identità per la comunicazione alla Questura tramite il portale Alloggiati Web, dati per l'imposta di soggiorno e la fatturazione).

I dati non sono diffusi. Possono essere trattati dal fornitore di hosting del sito, dal consulente fiscale e dalle autorità a cui la legge impone di comunicarli. Se ci scrivete su WhatsApp, il messaggio transita sui servizi di WhatsApp (Meta), che ne è titolare autonomo secondo la propria informativa.

Il sito non usa cookie di profilazione né strumenti di statistica, quindi non vi chiede alcun consenso all'apertura.

What data we process
- Browsing data. The server hosting this site automatically logs technical data (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser) to keep the site running and secure.
- Availability requests. The “Book” form does not send anything to our server: it writes a message with your dates, guests, room, name and optional email and requests, then opens WhatsApp. We receive the data only if you choose to send that message.
- Data you send us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email.
- Stay data. At check-in we collect what the law requires (ID document for registration with the police via the Alloggiati Web portal, city tax and invoicing data).

Who receives the data
We do not publish your data. It may be processed by our web hosting provider, our accountant and the authorities the law requires us to inform. If you write to us on WhatsApp, your message passes through WhatsApp (Meta), which acts as an independent controller under its own privacy policy.
Cookies and third-party services
This site does not use profiling cookies or analytics, so it does not ask for consent when you open it.
